Ireland now. UK coming soon.

We ship across the Republic of Ireland today. Irish delivery is €4.99 on every order, including subscribe-and-save. The UK is next — that lane is not open at checkout yet.

Dispatch is typically within two working days of a paid order, then An Post or a comparable courier. You will get a tracking note when we have one. Rural addresses can take longer. That is geography, not a feature.

Returns

If the tub arrives damaged, or it is not what you ordered, email us within 14 days with photos. Unopened tubs in saleable condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Opened food supplements cannot be restocked — we will not put a used powder back on a shelf.

Subscribe-and-save can be paused or cancelled before the next shipment. Email hello@professormichel.com. We do not bury that in a maze.
