What we keep, and why.

Professor Michel sells creatine in Ireland. To take an order we need a name, delivery address, Eircode, and email. Card data is handled by Stripe — we do not store card numbers on this site. Buyers are kept as Stripe customers, which is the order book: who bought, what they paid, and where the tub goes.

What we use it for

Fulfilment, receipts, answering you, and (if you subscribe) sending the next tub. If you leave an email for the first-tub code, we keep that address to send the code and occasional notes about this shop. We do not sell lists.

Why we hold it

To send the tub, send a receipt, answer you, and — if you subscribe — send the next one. We do not sell lists.
